Meet Our Founder.
DDHR Support & Advice was founded by Dermot Duignan, whose passion for helping businesses has shaped the company from day one. With over 15 years of leadership and HR experience, Dermot has supported organisations across a wide range of sectors, helping employers navigate complex HR challenges with practical, straightforward advice.
His expertise includes employment law compliance, employee relations, disciplinary procedures and Workplace Relations Commission representation. Outside of his professional work, Dermot is actively involved in fundraising for charities including Simon, GOAL and Galway Rape Crisis Centre, reflecting his commitment to supporting both businesses and the wider community.
